This game is relatively short compared to the previous games I've played. Short and enjoyable! Though I do want them to develop more relationships before going into the frick frack but oh well who am to complaint?
STORYLINE
Aizawa Makoto went to Hakuou Academy where some student with special ability called magic is being put into another department. All was well when a phantom thief, namely Kaitou Jade, started to stealing their chief director's important collection. Hearing that he will steal something important to him makes him determine in finding the true identity of Kaitou Jade and thus putting this to an end.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE, WHEN AND AFTER PLAYING THE GAME
-BEFORE-
You are playing as Aizawa Makoto (voiced by Midorikawa Hikaru), a student in Hakuou Academy and recently being put into magic department. You will play 19 endings, 3 for Yuki, Shuuichirou, Yuusuke and Misaki and 7 for Ren.
There are 4 types of endings; normal, bad, good and happy. Normal and bad usually happened when you don't know much about other parties. Good is when you have a good conclusion but not with other parties. Happy is when you.... well I think you know what I mean.
By the way, reversible roles. REVERSIBLE ROLES.
-WHEN-
There's one kind of choice that have a timer, as shown below:
When the choice appears, it'll be in blue, then it changes into green, then turns into orange. Green for yes, orange for timeout.
-AFTER-
Obtain at least one happy ending will unlocks Extra section. And true ending will be available ONCE you have completed EVERYONE.

As for the save slots..... IT HAS ONLY 20 SLOTS. Here I'll be listing the branching choices so you can save only when necessary;
When Shuuichirou asks you whether you have an important event. Answering basketball will let you play his route.
When investigating whether Yuusuke is Kaitou Jade or not. Going into his room will let you play his route.
When asking about Kaitou Jade to Misaki. If you don't want to continue investigating will let you play his route.
When Yuki asks you who is more important to Makoto. By saying Yuki is important will let you play his route.
And by doing the opposite of my stated answer will lead you to Kaitou Jade's route.

Just saw this blog post (years after you post it and mention the English patch I was working on), and noticed the screenshots... I'm sorry you don't have the background behind the text window! When I made the EXE to run the game in Windows 7/8/10, the background's transparency went wonky. I've managed to fix it since, and the English translation is about to be released on Friday, May 19th. ^^ I hope to share this game with others as well.

DeleteThe patch has been released on both Aarinfantasy and YaoiOtaku. ^^ There's a patch for people who managed to install the original game and are using the Alternative EXE I made (like you), and a full download for those who don't (Recommended).
The original game ISO's has an installer, but it doesn't work in Windows 8 or 10, so there was no way to get the game installed properly. I figured it was easier to just release the whole game as-is like that.
I've fixed some things in the game with the English version as well, such as wrong audio SFX/Music cues (or missing completely in Konno's second 'smexy time'), Date/Time issues, and other issues in the game's code for the endings, then added a few things to polish it a bit... For example, normally you'd only ever see one of Jade's Advance Notice cards, even though there are more than one ever given. I made a couple to help illustrate those scenes, etc.

Would have been nice if you had mentioned this guide was going to have huge spoilers. The identity of Jade is the only reason I was doing all the routes. Now that all the mystery has been taken out of the story, it feels completely pointless to even finish playing. Man, that really is so shitty and disappointing.
