WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE, WHEN AND AFTER PLAYING THE GAME
-STORYLINE-
The year of 2020.
Sonogi Akihiro, a young and new senator from Kyoto Ward 7 who is serving his second term in the Parliament, got caught up in the chaotic political world when a terrorist attack happens while preparing for the next big event in Tokyo, International Athletes Festival or IAF.
The story of betrayals, twists, and turns where love can still bloom in the battlefield of politics.
-BEFORE-
You are playing as Sonogi Akihiro (voiced by Mizunaka Masaaki), a member of the House of Representatives who is currently serving his second term. You will be playing a total of 23 endings; 6 ends for Asuma, 8 ends for Taiga, 7 ends for Shirasu, and 2 ends for Tademaru.
Suggested order of playing is Asuma --> Taiga = Shirasu --> Tademaru.
There are four (4) types of endings:
- Bad end: the game ended Very Badly. Cliffhanger, Giving Up, all those jazz
- Good end: feels good, has end credit rolls BUT there is no screen menu filled with CG of the character
- Best end: the menu will be filled with the character CG AND there must be an end credit playing in the last scene
- True end: achievable at Tademaru route

Surprise surprise! The first choice of the game is important! I'll explain it to you in the next section.
You can save during choices appear, have voice save. Sometimes the menu screen will change! Some new words will be registered into Glossary. Go check it out!

Character Branch Choices
So in the prologue, there are 4 branch choices that will lead you to the character route:
Prime Minister asks you to replace him for a TV special appearance. You want to know more about the content of the special. Do you ask him directly or will you ask Tademaru?
First choice will lead you to Asuma, Taiga and Shirasu route. Second choice will lead you to Tademaru route.
At the TV special appearance. You're being asked by the host about the suicide case of Self-Defence Forces. Will you continue the investigation as the government or will you share information with the Governor of Tokyo?
First choice will lead you to Asuma, Taiga and Tademaru route. Second choice will lead you to Shirasu route.
You're discussing the impact of the terrorist case with Tademaru. Will you think the case will be an impact for the IAF event or will you think it as a way for political strife?
Prime Minister asks you want do you want to do as a member of the Counter-Terrorism Committee; to prevent from it happening again or you want to console the victims?
First choice will lead you to Taiga and Tademaru route. Second choice will lead you to Asuma route.

Akihiro received a phone call from Asuma in the middle of the night. Will you think of it as good news or bad news?
Asuma asks Akihiro to "pay upfront" to be the testimony of the bombing case. What will Akihiro think of the situation: will it hinder their professional duties or not?

Akihiro is thinking about how the people on duty are not recognised even with the case this horrible happen. Will you still fix the text or you just follow Agatsuma's advice?
After the investigation session at the club, someone is following Akihiro from behind. Will you turn around and speak in a firm tone or a polite tone?
After Taiga kisses Akihiro. How do you feel about it? The kiss is just for a cover-up or there's a hidden feeling from it?

Shirasu is having a personal talk about him and the suicide case. He asks Akihiro if he's out of his usual appearance. How will you respond to him?

Private secretary of Akihiro. Best friend since high school. A little bit possessive towards Akihiro... please hug him T_T Have 2 endings; 1 bad end and 1 true end.
Now there is a theory about him that his route actually unlocked after obtaining everyone else's best end. I played him last so I can't testify on that but there is someone who played him on the first day of the game release so there could be a possibility that he is already playable, provided that you choose correctly in the first 4 choices at the prologue.
His route shares the same beginning with Taiga. Remember the choice that only has one option in Taiga route? If you get the second choice like this:
It means Tademaru route is unlocked and you choose that to play his route.
Tademaru's facade breaks down. He chokes Akihiro. How will you react? Try to use reasoning or order?
Do this and you'll get:

This last option is after you have seen the true ending of the game. This is about how you feel about Sasaki Itsuki. The options givens are: she's the victim, she's the perpetrator, she's both, or whatever.
Personally, I think she's just the victim of circumstances. Everything that happened to her to the point of being vulnerable and got influenced by Sugihara to commit suicide bomb is from the injustice towards the minorities of our system of society.
And yes I agreed; that doesn't change the fact that she killed a lot of innocent people from her own actions. I'm not justifying her deeds and actions. What she did is terrible and caused a lot of sadness and damages to the people and the country.
But, I think... if we are to care about them more than what we are currently, we can prevent this pent-up dissatisfaction to happen again. I know this is like asking for a utopia. But we can make it better. Slowly, hand in hand, towards a better future.

The true end really answers everything that happens in the game so it was satisfying in term of plot, so if you don't mind you can still try the game heheh

I read one novel that the true end, the boys died, but come back without memory, it was far away from a happy ending with the MC, but answered every question (was more a sad end than a true end)

Did you already played Lucky Dog 1 + Bad Egg? The whole game is only one route and has so many great characters ;-; I didn't played all of it yet, because in the Drama CD somebody raped my Carlo and I want to know if in the game happen too.

DeleteIf everything is done correctly you will get an extra choice in Taiga route and that answer will lead to Tademaru route
